Simply package your device securely, send it via registered post to our Melbourne store, and share the tracking number. We complete the component replacement the same day it arrives, then send it back via express delivery ($15 fee). Typical turnaround is 3–4 business days total.

At MKC Camberwell, all completed repairs include a limited warranty of up to 6 months from the repair completion date, covering defects related to the replaced part or workmanship only.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will only be processed once any installed parts supplied by MKC Camberwell are returned. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days after repair completion or customer notification may be disposed of or recycled in accordance with applicable regulations.
